We ain’t goats!! And we sure ain’t chicken! Our crew at ATG joined up with the fine folks of Dry Ground and created a real gem of a Bock Bier, with just a little extra Saaz punch. Our hoppy Bock is a little higher ABV, so it has a nice melon esther from the usually subtle Lager yeast, but still the same expected crispness. A healthy dose of Munich and Melanoid in malts lay a nice, sweet fruitiness over the Pilsen base. It’s enough to excite any clucker.
